Vītola Clinic, New Hanza Med medical complex

April 21, 2026

On 1 August 2025, Vītola Clinic opened its doors in the new New Hanza Med medical complex — a modern, carefully designed environment created for both patients and medical staff.

The project was carried out with high precision and quality by Pillar Contractor, while the interior furniture concept was developed and implemented by Karīna Kēberga. The clinic’s management chose KATE furniture solutions in collaboration with KATE office furniture project manager Edgars Jesikens. This cooperation allowed the initial vision to become a harmonious, functional, and carefully considered long-term environment.

The interior is dominated by soft beige and powder tones, bringing a sense of lightness, calm, and balance to the space. These are complemented by amber-coloured accents in the furniture, adding warmth and vitality, while brick-red and grey-blue tones in the staff lounge areas create depth and visual balance.

Every detail was selected with practicality and durability in mind. The upholstery of the office and visitor chairs, as well as the NORA waiting area furniture, features SILVERTEX material in an amber tone — a highly durable, easy-to-maintain and disinfectable material that fully meets the requirements of a medical environment.

In the staff lounge areas, Kubs sofas and kitchen solutions were installed, creating a comfortable, functional, and aesthetically cohesive environment for moments of rest during the working day.

The result is a bright, calm, and welcoming clinic environment where design, functionality, and quality work together — supporting both patient well-being and the everyday comfort of medical staff.
