Kate’s consultant’s offsite consultation
Contact us to receive the desired office look:
How will the process proceed?
1) Everything starts with a conversation
The consultant will go to your office; examine and measure the specific premises; listen to your needs and ideas; get to know the specifics and values of the work of your company
2) Furniture layout for your office space
After the first meeting, the consultant will gather the information obtained and develop an appropriate offer with suggestions on the best ways to achieve the desired result. In one case, it can develop into a new office space furniture layout, in another case, these will be recommendations on which color and type of chair is the most suitable for the height-adjustable workstation desk or which table is better for a small conference room, or what type of acoustic solution would be suitable for an open-plan workplace.
3) A happy outcome
After discussing the first offers, the consultant will develop a final version that you will be excited about! Regardless of whether one piece of furniture will be found to complement the existing interior or a furniture layout will have to be developed for a completely empty space, our attitude and outcome is the same in all cases. The aim – to help you set up your office space in a way that makes you feel good and comfortable.
Why is it a great opportunity?
Furniture consultant services can be used in different life situations – if you want to add one piece of furniture to your office interior; or if you want to thoroughly change the whole space or furnish a whole new office building.
Those dedicated to fine art need a reliable partner to stage impressive performances. Company Création Baumann represented by Kate develops solutions with a rich set of functions and design for demanding cultural applications—from textiles tested for harmful substances for display cabinets and exhibits, atmospheric dim-out fabrics to effective blinds and glare protection as well as precise control of a room’s soundproofing characteristics—all the while complying with the highest safety standards.
The fabrics are specially designed for use in museums and exhibitions. To assess whether textiles are suitable for protecting valuable cultural assets, Création Baumann applies stringent conservational criteria. The results are clearly identified: once their pH value has been determined and Oddy tests have been carried out, the fabrics are classified as “Permanent” (P), “Temporary” (T), or “Unusable” (U). The fact that Création Baumann publishes the test results helps curators around the globe to select the most appropriate product and it can be found and selected at Kate.
In addition to the tested textiles for display cabinets and displays, Création Baumann also offers a large collection of functional fabrics for use in museums, theatres, opera houses and other cultural facilities. These textiles offer light and privacy protection and control sound. Company develops fabrics that can fulfil individual functions or take on multiple tasks depending on the requirement and application:
- a collection of decorative fabrics for sound absorption. The textiles are tested according to the ISO/EN standard1 and have excellent sound absorption values, especially in the high and medium frequency range;
- a select range of aesthetic and functional fabrics for glare protection. Textiles for glare protection are tested for their transparency and total energy transmission;
- a range of highly developed blackout fabrics for flexible applications. The textiles are astonishing in their workmanship and offer a free reign in the design of rooms.
