We always enjoy working with talented, creative designers who are able to produce exceptional and genuinely individual interior design concepts. We had the pleasure of experiencing exactly that in the office interior project for the brick factory "Lode", developed by Everita Vegere.
Here is Everita's own comment on the final result:
"The charm of a factory with a touch of minimalism. This interior project came about through the collaboration of a bold client, open to ideas, and a skilled contractor. In this project, brought to life in the premises of a historic factory, the focus is on functionality and the most efficient possible use of the space, without losing the small, subtle guiding principle of "less is more". The materials used in the finishes, along with the restored industrial details, give the interior a distinctive, contemporary accent. Brick walls, steel beams, concrete floors, metal structures and decorative elements, combined with the traces left by rust and acid, complement and help preserve the historic urban atmosphere. White walls, a deliberate abundance of both natural and artificial light, and the spare, firmly shaped furniture characteristic of the industrial style form a backdrop for accents in natural clay tones, which draw added attention to the company's core line of business."
The project features tables from the Kvadro collection, Queen chairs, Akusto partitions and Classic filing cabinets, as well as several non-standard solutions made specially for the client.
